Features: BIPEX coupling has flexible torsion, compact design and low weight. Couplings are used in many fields of mechanical engineering. The main field of use is in electric motor drives, couplings that are aligned and have a uniform torque load, such as in hydraulic applications and in combination with geared motors. BIPEX couplings are suitable for horizontal and vertical installation positions and are freely selectable, subject to axial, radial and angular misalignment. The N-BIPEX coupling consists of two identical hubs that can be machined to the required hole size to expand the shaft diameter when mounted to the shaft.

• Couplings with cam rings (rubber dampers) can be used to compensate for misalignment
• Cam rings (damping rubber) transmit torque and compensate for shaft misalignment, with different Shore hardness. Due to the good damping ability and by choosing the right stiffness, shock loads can therefore be absorbed.
• BIPEX coupling is made of high quality graphite cast iron. The cam ring material is made of extremely high performance with good rigidity.
• Torque range: from 13.5 Nm - 3,700 Nm
• The range of structural dimensions of the Flender Bipex coupling is: 43 - 53 - 62 - 72 - 84 - 97 - 112 - 127 - 142 - 162 - 182 - 202 - 227.
• Ambient temperature range from: -50°C to +100°C without any restriction on torque
