On the morning of October 21, at the Nguyen Van Cu campus of the University of Science, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, ESTEC (East Sea Engineering Technology Company Limited) and the University signed a Cooperation Agreement.
The event marks an important milestone in strengthening the connection between industry and academia, aiming to link education with practical application, develop high-quality human resources, and promote scientific, technological, and engineering research activities.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from the University, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trần Minh Triết – Vice Rector; Dr. Võ Hồng Hải – Deputy Head of the Office of External Relations; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huỳnh Văn Tuấn – Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Engineering Physics; Dr. Lâm Quang Vũ – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology; along with many lecturers representing the two key faculties. From ESTEC, attendees included Mr. Vương Ngọc Hoàng – Director; Ms. Vương Thùy Dương – Deputy Director of Operations; Mr. Vũ Tiến Hưng – Sales Director; and Ms. Bạch Thị Thúy Hằng – Head of Human Resources and Administration.
In his speech at the signing ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trần Minh Triết emphasized:
“The University always prioritizes expanding cooperation with businesses to closely link training activities with real-world practice, enabling students to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, thereby enhancing their practical capabilities and career opportunities after graduation.”

According to the Cooperation Agreement, ESTEC and the University of Science, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, will jointly implement various practical activities in the areas of training, research, and recruitment, with a focus on automation, information technology, digitalization, and industrial solutions.
