Amid the vibrant atmosphere of summer 2026, the Trade Union of ESTEC Da Nang Factory organized a 2-day, 1-night excursion and retreat at Angsana Lăng Cô Resort— a meaningful journey featuring team-bonding activities, community sharing, and a chance to recharge after days of dedicated work.
Bursting with energy through an emotional Team Building experience
The stunning beach at Lăng Cô became the perfect playground for an exciting Team Building program. ESTEC members joined forces to overcome fun challenges, coordinated seamlessly in every activity, and demonstrated a strong spirit of unity.
Moments of conquering challenges together created an atmosphere full of energy, helping members understand each other better, strengthen their bonds, and move forward toward shared goals in both work and life.

Enjoying relaxing moments in Lang Co
Not only was it an opportunity for team bonding, the trip also offered memorable moments of relaxation. Members together enjoyed the crystal-clear waters of the resort’s swimming pool, immersed themselves in the fresh and tranquil natural surroundings, and experienced cycling around the lush green campus of Angsana Lăng Cô, which brought many exciting experiences.
In addition, the group also had the chance to visit Bạch Mã Monastery, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere amidst the mountains and forests, and finding moments of calm away from the busy pace of life.
Gala Dinner – A night of elevated emotions
The energetic day concluded with a Gala Dinner themed “A Journey of Connection, Spreading Love.” In a warm and intimate setting, ESTEC Da Nang members shared meaningful and interesting stories, immersed themselves in vibrant performances, and enjoyed joyful moments together with their colleagues.
In particular, the award ceremony and the prizes presented to the outstanding teams in the Team Building activities brought great joy, laughter, and created unforgettable memories for the entire group.
Spreading love through meaningful actions
The journey concluded with a meaningful charitable program, where gifts of kindness were personally delivered to underprivileged children in the local area. Although the material value was not significant, they represented the sincerity, compassion, and sense of social responsibility that the ESTEC team has always upheld and continues to promote.
