Scope: ESTEC consulting and providing to PVFCCo using WinCC and PLC S7-400H apply to water filtration process in order to supply cooling water for production.

Solutions / Services / Products Provided by ESTEC:

- Supply of Local Control Panels (LCP), Local Panels (LP), and Junction Cabinets (JC)
- Supply of major field devices including Control Valves, Pressure Transmitters, Flow Meters, Butterfly Valves, and Automatic Valves.
- PLC programming and HMI interface development using TIA Portal V13 SP1.
- PLC programming for Siemens SIMATIC S7‑400 using STEP 7 V5.5 SP4.
- Provision of installation and electrical wiring services.

Project Results:

ESTEC provided consulting, engineering, and system integration for PPVFCCo, implementing WinCC and the Siemens SIMATIC S7‑400H platform for the water filtration system, supplying cooling water for the plant’s production processes. Delivered control system equipment included:

- 1 Local Control Panel (LCP).
- 9 Local Panels (LP).
- 10 Junction Cabinets (JC).
