INTRODUCTION

- This is a new production line for Personal Care Plant (PCL) with new Mixer, which can produce shampoo and conditioner.
- ESTEC provided the completed automation and electricalpackage included DCS (PCS7 V8.0 & BATCH), MCC, Cabling system.
- This is the first DCS system of Unilever applied PCS7 V8 and APL.
- 01 Central Control Cabinet, 08 Remote IO panels, OS Server, OS Clients were installed for DCS PCS7 & BATCH.
- PMD was applied to configure AS-i valves, instruments, drives.
