According to the regulations of Circular No. 24 issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) and Decree No. 40 of the Government on the implementation of the Law on Environmental Protection, industrial plants are required to install an automatic and continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS).

Eight mandatory monitoring parameters include: flow rate, temperature, pressure, dust concentration, NOx, CO, SO₂, and O₂. The data must be transmitted via FTP to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE) server in real time.

Customer requirements:

• Contractor to provide a real time air pollution monitoring system. CEMS is a system that comprises of sampling, conditioning, and analytical components and software that is designed to provide direct, real time, continuous measurements of flue by analyzing representative samples.
• It is an important tool for pollution monitoring, control and reporting. The system ensures data accuracy, higher monitoring frequency, minimal manual intervention, firm regulatory monitoring and better transparency to strengthen the pollution control regime.
